These scissors are great for toddlers. They are very safe and a fantastic learning tool. We got them for our son just before he turned 2 and even shared a pair for our nephew who is also 2 and they both were able to safely learn how to use them for basic cuts. I highly recommend them for the quality and the price!

They will cut a few strands of hair at a time. The plastic edges can be sharp.

These little scissors have been absolutely perfect for my younger grandkids. They cut paper perfect but are very safe for little hands. Highly recommend.
